We learn to breathe again as originally intended and naturally we did as babies. This is to improve your recovery capacity at rest and thus your resilience. In addition, a physically correct breathing is important to maintain the acidity of the body, so that you are less vulnerable to inflammation, bacteria, fungi and viruses.
TRAINING WITHIN YOUR HEART RATE ZONE
Fitness training with the app using our Chronic Fatigue Program (CVP) based on your daily measured level of endurance, supported with supplemental oxygen.
INSIGHT INTO YOUR DAILY LOADABILITY
Every morning after waking up, but before getting up, take a 6-minute ZeroCheck measurement with the app, while doing the breathing exercise. This provides daily insight into your stress level and degree of recovery through real-time monitoring of your heart rate, breathing and heart rate variability (HRV). Allows you to learn to listen to your body.
